Bio coming soon.Life is beautiful—but it can also be incredibly challenging. Unexpected stress, major life transitions, depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, relationship struggles, or health diagnoses can leave you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, isolated, or unsure of who you are. These experiences can make it difficult to access the joy and fulfillment you deserve. You don’t have to navigate those storms alone.

My passion for this work is shaped by both professional training and personal experience, including being an immigrant. These experiences allow me to bring empathy, cultural awareness, and compassion into the therapy space.

I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions and challenges, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and confidence challenges. Clients often describe my approach as warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy is a team effort. Together, we will create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating—but simply being here means you’ve already begun. If you’re ready to move toward healing, growth, and renewed hope, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
