Lilly Gibson,LMFT

Lilly Elizabeth Gibson, LMFT, is a licensed therapist based in California who specializes in supporting individuals navigating overwhelm, overthinking, anxiety, and relationship challenges. In addition to helping clients heal from anxiety and depression, Lilly specializes in working with stepmothers and blended families as they navigate the emotional and relational complexities of stepfamily life. With a compassionate and grounded approach, she helps clients work through anxiety, resentment, identity shifts, and relationship stress so they can feel more confident, empowered, and at ease in daily life.

Lilly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from California State University, Northridge in 2013, and went on to receive her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2015. She has over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field and private practice.

Drawing from both her clinical training and experience supporting clients through challenging life transitions, Lilly creates a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools for lasting change. She integrates a range of evidence-based and relational approaches—including psychodynamic, attachment-based, person-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Brainspotting—tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs.
