Lauren Factor, LMFT
I am a Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist with over 9 years of experience. I graduated in 2017 from California State University, Northridge with a Masters in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. Therapy is a beautiful place to start healing and I am happy to support my clients as they journey through life. I work with clients from a humanistic and client-centered lens, making sure they feel supported, respected, and heard. My approach to therapy is that you are the expert on your own life and that you are ready to take the journey to work on your current strengths and experiences and get to where you want to be.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Strengths-Based modalities, with a focus on executive functioning skills, to help support you with the goals you want to work on. I am passionate about working with adults of all ages and genders who experience ADHD, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and depression.
My main objective in working with clients is for the client to feel empowered, confident, and inspired to take on life's greatest stressors. I would love to walk the path alongside you and support you as you journey through some of life's hardest transitions.
