Melissa Argueta, LMFT

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices that support emotional regulation, identity integration, and interpersonal growth. I have particular interest in helping individuals through role transitions-whether that's becoming a parent, facing challenges in aging, ending or repairing a relationship or redefining one's sense of self after a major life shift. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but also through connection. Together we will work to clarify your needs, values, strengthen your resilience, and foster a deeper understanding of your story as you move forward.

I use a client-centered approach, helping individuals navigate trauma, grief and loss, aging, parenting challenges, intimate relationship conflicts and significant life transitions. With deep respect for each client's lived experience, I create a safe and supportive space to explore difficult emotions, heal from painful or traumatic past experiences, and rediscover personal meaning and zest for life.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or simply in need of support as you navigate life challenges, you're not alone. I invite you to reach out to me-whether you are ready to begin therapy or just have questions. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but together we can create space where healing growth and clarity become possible.
