Stephanie Davino, LMFT

Stephanie Davino is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. She specializes in couples therapy, helping partners break painful relational patterns, improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional and sexual intimacy. Stephanie works with couples navigating infidelity recovery, co-parenting challenges, identity transitions, and longstanding disconnection, with the goal of helping both partners feel seen, heard, and more securely connected.

Stephanie also works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship-related distress. Her work helps clients gain insight into how past experiences influence present thoughts, emotions, and relational dynamics, supporting increased self-understanding and meaningful change.

Stephanie’s therapeutic approach is warm, empathic, collaborative, and thoughtfully direct. Her work is rooted in a psychodynamic foundation and integrates Imago Relationship Therapy and Family Systems Theory. She strives to create a supportive and emotionally safe space where clients feel understood and empowered to work toward their goals. Her approach is LGBTQIA+ affirmative and sex-positive.

Stephanie holds dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communication Studies from Arizona State University and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. She completed an intensive psychodynamic psychotherapy internship at Airport Marina Counseling Services, where she gained experience working with individuals, couples, and groups.
